Molavoque Law LLC

about Me

Kristin Molavoque Lawyer

Compassionate | Candid | Committed

I’m Kristin Molavoque—a lawyer, a wife, a mother of four boys, and a person who’s been in the thick of family challenges myself.

Yes, I hold the title “Esquire.” But beyond the degree and credentials, I’m someone who knows how confusing, exhausting, and isolating it can feel when life and law collide. I’ve been there—searching for guidance, spinning my wheels, unsure of where to turn or who to trust. I know what it’s like to face decisions that impact the people you love most.

My experiences have shaped the lawyer I am today: one who’s focused not only on the law, but on the people trying to live by it.

My Mission

I, Kristin Molavoque, created Molavoque Law to be more than a law firm—it’s a place of clarity, compassion, and guidance for individuals and families navigating complex life transitions.

Whether you’re facing custody issues, child welfare involvement, educational challenges, or a difficult divorce, my mission is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported from start to finish.

Sometimes that means full legal representation. Other times, it means connecting you to trusted community resources, helping you organize your next steps, or simply being the voice of calm in the chaos.

My Passion

I am passionate about and dedicated to helping families find their footing again—no matter what “family” looks like for you. Even when life feels like a pile of broken puzzle pieces, it doesn’t mean your story is over. It means you’re changing it, rebuilding it into something new.

My role is to guide that process, helping you understand your rights, your options, and the road ahead—with compassion, honesty, and a holistic view of your well-being.

My Approach

I believe in a compassion-driven, people-centered approach to the law. That means I don’t just look at your legal situation; I see YOU—the person, the parent, the partner, the professional—who’s trying to make sense of it all.

With a wealth of experience and a background in both advocacy and private practice, I bring practical knowledge and empathy to every case. You’ll find in me not only a lawyer, but a listener, an advocate, and a trusted guide to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
